Experience how freeing Instinctive Meditation can be. Designed for those seeking to delve deeper into the practice of Instinctive Meditation®. This package includes three hour-long sessions for $210. During the sessions, we will: Get Acquainted: This initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss your goals and expectations for the practice. Learn the Principles of Instinctive Meditation®: In this session, we will explore the foundational principles of Instinctive Meditation®, including the role of breath, awareness of your natural ways of entering a meditative state, and how to welcome all aspects of your experience. Customize Your Practice: The final session will focus on tailoring the practice to your specific needs and preferences, ensuring that you have the tools and knowledge to continue your meditation journey. By the end of the 3 sessions, you will have a solid understanding of Instinctive Meditation and be equipped with a personalized practice that suits your lifestyle and goals.
