About Me

Meditation is as natural as breathing

I am passionate about helping people connect with their true essence and tap into their zest for life.    Through the practice of inquiry, deep listening and holding space, together we identify the preferred meditation techniques that uniquely help them to heal, grow, and thrive in all areas of their lives. Ultimately, we co-create a meditation practice they love.

As people connect with their instinctive wisdom regularly, they build emotional resilience, their appreciation for life’s inherent joys multiplies, and they deepen the quality of their interactions with others.  Guiding this journey for another human being is a tremendous honor and I love witnessing their love for life grow over time.

My journey into meditation began as a youngster.   My mother was always reading and sharing wisdom from both ancient spiritual texts and modern body-mind authors on topics ranging from healing to sacred self-care. 

 

I grew up learning how to listen upon entering a room and was taught to notice the mood and energy of others that exists without words even being spoken. 

 

As a child, I first studied dance and gymnastics as a means of moving my life energy. As a young adult, I dabbled in karate and tai chi, loved tennis and skiing and ultimately developed a solid yoga practice long before teaching yoga, dance and fitness classes.

 

Following a serious health issue in my twenties, I became even more fascinated with the healing arts specifically with meditation practices and philosophies.

As an Instinctive Meditation® and Movement Coach, I now work with people who seek optimal health and emotional resilience.  Together, we co-create a viable and personalized daily movement and meditation practice that fits their lifestyle. 

 

My personal meditation journey was born from my own desire to heal, evolve emotionally and become more introspective following a challenging health issue, and the sequential loss of three immediate family members in short order.

 

Instinctive Meditation® has since guided my transformation into becoming a more peace-filled, present, and perceptive person.

I have studied with some of the most brilliant body-mind-spirit trailblazers and draw deeply from the knowledge and teachings of Lorin Roche, PhD and Camille Maurine and The Radiant Sutras School of Meditation.

 

Today, I am grateful to be able to combine the wisdom I’ve gained from my own life’s lessons with my professional knowledge in ways that help others live life more fully. 

 

There is no better outcome than witnessing my clients connect with their innate gifts and develop an instinctive meditation practice they love and look forward to enjoying daily.

 

One that enables them to roll with life’s challenges more gracefully and to live life with tremendous joy and radiance.
