Join this supportive community meditation circle.  

A mix of gentle movements and Instinctive Meditation® prompts are offered as gateways for accessing your innate relaxation response.   Journals are provided and a few minutes are dedicated to transitioning after the guided flow in order to capture any creative drawings, insights or inspired takeaways that may arise.  Mats, blocks, meditation cushions, blankets and straps are also provided on site for participant use.
