About the event
A new class, "Yoga & More," will be offered in Eliot, ME, from March 18 to April 22, meeting Tuesdays from 6:30–7:30 PM at Eliot Elementary School (1298 State rd). The class will feature Gentle Yoga, Qigong movements, and a Meditative Moment for relaxation and mindfulness.
Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat.
Sign ups are through the Eliot Recreation Department at 207.451.9334 for $10/person/class.
