Mind Body Soul Yoga – Eliot Recreation Dept at Elementary School - Eliot, ME

A new class, "Mind Body Soul Yoga," will be offered in Eliot, ME, from March 18 to April 22, meeting Tuesdays from 6:30–7:30 PM at Eliot Elementary School (1298 State rd). The class will feature Gentle Yoga, Qigong movements, and a Meditative Moment for relaxation and mindfulness.

Dress comfortably and bring a yoga mat.

$15/class or $72 for entire session.
